What to do if you are having Video Problems

If you don't see this week's service, refresh the page on your computer. If you are using your phone, turn your phone off and then back on.

If you are having trouble hearing on a TV, try adjusting the sound profile on the TV. For example, change from "Movie" or "Sports" to "Voice".

Each service has a lead time of about 20 minutes where there is just video of the podium. This is necessary so we have time to embed and configure the video links. You can use the video controls to move forward and back through the service (except for live).
